Professional, Comprehensive Court Reporting

Our court reporters are Notary Publics for the State of New York and are highly skilled professionals who use the most current computer-aided transcription software and state-of-the-art stenographic machines. We ensure that our reporters will arrive promptly to the job location, set up their equipment and be ready to start the proceedings on time.

We specialize in technical, medical and construction-related matters and can produce rough drafts or expedited delivery upon request.

Realtime Reporting:

The instantaneous translation of the court reporter's notes into English. It appears on the attorney's laptop and gives the attorney immediate access to the testimony being given.

AMF Loves the Environment

In order to cut down on paper waste, AMF uses the Min-U-Script program. This provides electronic PDF files with a searchable word index, digitally signed and certified by the reporter, sent via email. Exhibits can also be scanned, linked to the transcript and attached electronically. The transcript file has an embedded word index.
